iPad Pro Issues

I have a new IPad Pro and can’t build anything. When I drag different elements onto the page nothing happens (meaning that nothing populates on the page). I have redownloaded the app and I’m still having the same problem. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Sorry to hear you are having troubles, @Jonathan777. I have heard people complain about iPad issues in the past, but I don't believe there are any known issues regarding the iPad and app at this time. Are you able to edit in browser mode? Can you let me know the version model of the device, OS version, and app version you are using? I'll see if I can find the same device in the office to test on.
