Downgrade my plan From Pro...I need help!

I want to downgrade my plan but I couldn't work it out, I wanted to go from a Pro to starter plan but it won't let me. 

I thought maybe if I unpublished my site and then republished it this might help, that didn't work.

I have emailed and have had no reply. Please help!

All set, @Rayven I removed the service so that you can upgrade to the plan that you prefer. Thanks!

There isn't an automated email so you should just see a refund show in a few business days or so. If it turns out that the charge was voided instead, then the original charge will eventually disappear from your account and not settle.

Could you possibly help me too i want to downgrade from pro to starter please i only upgraded the other day and it doesnt do what i wanted it to so would also like it refunded with the 30day guarentee. Website www.lanesdanceacademy.co.uk

I removed the service for you. If you want to keep the site connected to a custom domain you will need to upgrade to one of the paid hosting plans. Otherwise you can change the site address to a subdomain from the settings tab.

Hi there. I responded to your other post earlier regarding this. I was able to remove the plan and add the remaining credit to your account. You can use this credit towards your upgrade to the Pro plan.

Hi I upgraded my account from Starter to pro 2 days ago however it still doesnt allow me the features in the store i wanted and i am looking to get a refund on that payment and downgrade to the previous option i had please. Thanks for reaching out, @twinsmusicny I removed the service for you and added the remaining credit to your account. You can use the credit to upgrade to a plan that works better for you for the site.

I could not figure out how to downgrade plans from Performance ($29/mo) back to my original selection of Professional ($16/mo). I cancelled my Performance subscription but am not seeing Professional option.

I just refunded the charge for Performance and removed that, @gnzlzprints, so if you try again you should see Pro as an option again.
