Hi, a few people have posted about this problem before, and I've checked all the previous answers but I'm stlll not sure what to do. Our theme is responsive and looks OK on a phone, however on an iPad the header is not displaying properly.
thanks in advance for any ideas how to solve this!

I didn't make any changes to the theme, but I did find out how to fix it!
if the header is set to animate using Parallax, it goes weird.
use Reveal or None, and it works fine! So relieved to solve this after weeks of frustration!

Yes of course! Here's an example of a page that doesn't work well on an iPad https://www.3minuteswest.com/betroffenheit.html
Many thanks

I don't have an iPad, but I tested using simulation in Safari. It looks like there's just a single word with the background image, but they looked normal to me (or at least what I think is normal).

Hi Adam,
I hope these screen grabs will better illustrate the problem.
Here's how the header is meant to look (screen grab from Weebly editor - Desktop):
Here's how it looks on an iphone - screen grab from Weebly editor - Mobile:
The main subject of the photo is cut off and the title has an unintended line break in it.
And here's how it looks on an iPad:
I've tried using Sections instead of Headers but I get the same problem.
I've read posts from so many people on the forum struggling with the same issue, but am still unable to find the solution here. Hope you can help!

Thanks for the screenshots. The mobile image background is what I would expect - it fills the space vertically but has to cut off the sides because it would have to squish horizontally to fit (rotate your phone to landscape and you'll see what I mean). Your title shouldn't be getting cut like that, though. The use of the background on an iPad also doesn't look right.
What changes did you make to the theme?
