I put in a ticket for this last week and have not received a reply. Website was showing up as not secure. I tried to renew the security certificate but it has been in this state for the last week:

Hi @HCNSAdmin It looks like you are missing an A-record for the domain name. You will need to log into Enom and set an A-record for the bare domain. Currently you only have the A-record set for the www version and you will need both. If you contact Enom support they should be able to help you point your domain to our IP address: 199.34.228.74

Awesome. Thank you very much for the reply. I have added the missing A record. Just waiting to see if it worked.

I'm experiencing the same error:
"weebly SSL certificate is being configured. Check back later."
it's been like that for a couple of months. I've just recently tried to retry.
regards

Hi, @SBF. Have you contacted our support team about this yet? I'm not seeing any errors that indicate your domain isn't pointed correctly. I think our engineers may need to take a look, and our support team can escalate the issue to them for you.

Hi Bernadette,
We are having the same problem and need our certificate reconfiguring. It's frustrating as I've tried the weebly support team but they keep telling me to change our A records on google, but our IP records are kept on Deflect and those records are currect. Now they're just not responding! We need the certificate reconfigured as it's been off for days now despite a huge effort on our part.
Please could you get in touch with some help? Our site is www.childrenontheedge.org
Many thanks
Esther

Great! It can take 24-48 hours to fully propagate, but it looks like the site is already showing as secure on my end.

Please Help! I have a personal account, the SSL Certificate is being configured. Check back later. Has been showing for days now and it is causign some of the people who use my web site to have Safety issue messages. How can I rectify this, it was all working fine for the last couple of years I must have changed something inadvertantly

Thanks for posting about it, @sidmouthmrg. I've started the process over and it looks like a new certificate was installed correctly for your site.

Thanks for posting about it, @tnnme. I've retried it from our end and it looks to have issued it correctly this time.

Not a problem, @discndat. I've restarted the configuration of your certificate for you. If you don't see your site as secure shortly I would contact our support team so they can take a look. I don't see anything wrong with the configuration of your domain which should prevent issuing a certificate.

The support queues are a bit backed up at the moment, but should be caught up back to normal soon. You can also try chat (or phone if you plan allows it) for faster service. Both options will show during regular business hours. Mon-Fri 6am-6pm MST, and Sat/Sun 8am-5pm MST.

Hi Adam,
my site http://www.unionchurchguatemala.com/ also has the same SSL certificate issue. This message " SSL certificate is being configured. Check back later." has been showing for days, and people are already complaining about it.
Will appreciate your help!
