I put in a ticket for this last week and have not received a reply. Website was showing up as not secure. I tried to renew the security certificate but it has been in this state for the last week:

Hi @HCNSAdmin It looks like you are missing an A-record for the domain name. You will need to log into Enom and set an A-record for the bare domain. Currently you only have the A-record set for the www version and you will need both. If you contact Enom support they should be able to help you point your domain to our IP address: 199.34.228.74

No problem! I checked your site and it looks like the certificate finished configuring. I'm not sure if that was a problem on our end or if it was our SSL provider, though. Let me know if you have any further trouble!

It looks like you have some extra DNS records which are causing some trouble, @webEVT. You should remove the "A" records for the root domain that are pointed to the IP 216.239.32.21 (in red in this image):

Still waiting for my site chriscartwrightcomms.com to have a SSL certificate? Causing me major problems as recently launched the site and visitors are wary of viewing it with no secure padlock icon. Any ideas how long it will take before the SSL certificate is issued. Thanks for any help on this

Can you start the process over for the certificate on my site? It suddenly stopped working after being fine for years.
Other people are having the same issue. Support just gets me a robot chat.
Thank you.

Hi, @KK3. I've issued a certificate again for your site which looks to have resolved it for you. Let me know if you're still having trouble, though.

Could you please renew ours at www.childrenontheedge.org too? Your support team are saying they can't because we use a third party 'Deflect' service. But we have done for years and it works fine (we have to use this as Weebly won't show content in Uganda and that's where a large proportion of our work is based). We've been with you for nearly a decade and find these policies bureaucratic and discriminatory. The use of Deflect is our only work around and you could easily manually reconfigure the certificate. We are losing funding everyday for our work at this crucial time where children are cut off from services. Please could you be helpful!
