Remove Log In Tab

How do I remove the log in tab off the mobile version of my website?  It does not appear when editing the mobile version of the site, yet when I open the site on my iPhone it is listed at the bottom.

Just re-published for the umpteenth time. Regarding the Custom Theme, I'm not sure what you are getting at. My son designed the web site. Is any of this relevant, I might ask, as I have seen you and Adam at least a dozen times or more remove this log in tab (actually, box) on the mobiel platform. You admit that you see it, so why can't you remove it as you have done for others? My bi-annual automatic web site renewal is just around the corner, and I really would like to stay with Weebly, but if you cannot accommodate a customer who has been with you for the past 4 or 5 years, well...??? Please do help!!

Hi Rick. Anytime you edit the html/css of a theme you could experience a conflict with the code. We are not able to troubleshoot custom code which is why we recommend you stick with a standard Weebly theme that we are able to troubleshoot. Adam and I are able to help people remove the login tab for Customer Accounts from the store settings page. However, you have your Members section enabled. It is not possible to have both Members and Customer Accounts enabled at the same time. Therefore, the only place to change the setting for you site is going to be through Settings>Members. The box to "Show 'login' in site menu" is already checked off which would explain why the login link is not showing on the desktop version of your site. You will need to change your theme to a standard Weebly theme in order for us to troubleshoot this with advanced support.

Weird, I don't see the login option on your checkout page. Is this with the mobile site? I was checking your desktop site.

ok i  found a workaround to this exact issue...in settings-general go-to site category and change it to personal or the one you want to use, noticing that each category sets up some sort of way users can create account... like a portfolio, you might be wanting to have people buy photos or but sweaters and stuff...business they want to sell a product etc...but personal you don't need any store or user account, though if you want to sell something please still use the store tab on the editor page...

are we all clear? I wasn't meaning everyone has to pick personal but I'm sure there's a certain percentage of those asking to get the members option that is just having a personal site and has to want nothing to do with other payment sites that aren't so useful if there's nothing there to sell

All set, @hfariadne For future reference, you can remove this by clicking Store>Setup>Checkout and then disabling the "customer accounts" feature.

Sorry, I republished both from the weebly app and desktop.  Still showing when viewing navigation pane in mobile version.
