I was unaware that the domain purchase ($19.95/year) and the professional site plan ($16.00/month) were both going to be charged on my card. I thought if I purchased the professional site plan $16.00/month I would get a customized domain for however months till I cancelled my subscription, but was instead charged for both of these. I do not know the difference but all I know is that I just want a customized domain and would like to be refunded otherwise.
