REFUND REQUEST!!!!!

Salve a tutti,

sono una vostra cliente italiana. Mentre stavo guardando i piani di abbonamento annuali, erroneamente ho acquistato un piano business su un sito che non utilizzo. Ho bisogno di richiedere il rimborso della somma (300usd) tramite paypal. Ho provato ad inviarvi tante email all'assistenza clienti ma non risponde nessuno. Potete aiutarmi?
