Were you looking to cancel and refund your Starter subscription, or the domain name you registered? There was no charge for the domain name registration since your Starter subscription included a free one year registration. If you want to cancel your starter service I can refund that sans the cost of the domain, though. If you don't want to keep the domain or your Starter service then I can refund the full amount.

I've refunded your Pro service for you, @quintenchann. Did you also want to cancel your domain name? I ask because while you can get a refund for that the domain will remain registered for the rest of the registration time, so you would not be able to use it or register it somewhere until after it expired.

Sorry to hear. We verified with our policy team that the refund was definitely submitted. Have you tried verifying with your bank? The majority of refunds will process in that 2-3 business day timeframe, although depending on your bank it could take longer.

Seriously? I’ve checked with my bank there’s nth to say about it
and I’ve read that there are a lot people faced this issue from your side ? So wouldn’t think that’s the issue from weebly ?

I had our team check with our payment provider and the refund was processed to your Visa (I can give you the last 4 if you need, although it's the same card that was charged) on November 15th. I would contact your bank and ask them to check for the refund around that time frame.
