Refund Request

I was unaware my store was upgraded to a professional site plan on 11/24/20 that cost. I have not been using these services and would like to refund a request for all services charged from then until now. Please and thank you.

Hi there. I was able to refund the past two charges for you. I've also cancelled the plan so you will not be charged in the future. 

Refunds can take 2-3 business days to return to the account. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
