Maps by Widgetic doesn't work

Everytime I try to edit the map, this pops up:

"Oops! Something went wrong.

This page didn't load Google Maps correctly. See the JavaScript console for technical details."

I already inputted my API #. The error is on all 3 browsers: Safari, Chrome, and Firefox.

Any help?

If i delete the app, then reinstall it, it will work for a little bit (2 minutes), then crash again.

I'll try to set myself a reminder for next week to check in with the app team, but I haven't seen this come up in any other support channels. I don't know how widely used it is, though.

My assumption is it's not widely used therfore the support for it is very low, if any at all.

If they are not responding and their app is broken, our app team will reach out to them and/or remove the app from the app center. Hopefully they'll be able to get it all sorted out, though.

They reached out to me and i followed their directions and now it works!....kind of...

However, I cannot edit my maps at all now. it is just blank when I try to edit. I've tried on Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. thank you.

Yay! (kind of) Hopefully they will be able to help you out with the editing issue as well. Make sure you also try opening in private/incognito windows. The editor likes to act up when it's cached.

finally works well!

Support and I have been emailing back and forth and they eventually fixed the issue. I wont post in detail but if anyone has problems just email support directly and they are very helpful.
