This is the url I put in today https://www.powerquotesonline.com.au/sitemap.xml which is where it is...how to fix?

I wonder if there was some kind of temporary network issue when it tried to access your sitemap. I would try submitting it again, @angela31 - I don't see any reason why it shouldn't work.

The url you want to give to Google is actually sitemap.xml, @Tee. So if your site is "mysite.com", the url would be mysite.com/sitemap.xml

Hello -  I am trying to access my site map using https://www.wateroam.com/sitemap.xml but there is an error appearing. The page says:

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

<urlset xmlns="http://www.sitemaps.org/schemas/sitemap/0.9">

<lastmod>2020-02-10T02:47:06+00:00</lastmod>

...This continues and references every page in my website, but has no clickable links. Can you please advise? Many thanks!

That is what you expect to see if you view it in a browser, since it's an .XML file and not an .HTML file. It should work fine with any service that asks you to provide a sitemap, though.

We have an older article about Google Search Console here but the information should apply to the editor type you have.

It's a little tricky for us to troubleshoot third party integrations, but you can try to post a screenshot of the errors you see and it may help us guide you in a better direction.
