I need help downgrading my plan, please!

Hi. I really need some help downgrading my business plan to a starter plan. I've been trying for a week to figure it out on my own, and thought it might show me the option as I neared expiration. All I see is the option to renew the business plan, which I don't want. I just need the starter plan for one month while I decide what I want to do next with my site. 

Any help would be deeply appreciated!

Hello J! The service has been taken care of here, so you should be able to set up any plan you like now. For the future, if you'd like to let a plan expire, you can go to your Account menu under My Services, and cancel the automatic renewal, which should avoid any issues like this one, and make it easier to ensure you're on the plan that's right for you.
