How do I downgrade from Pro to Personal Plan

I need to cancel my Pro site upgrade and downgrade to the Personal Plan I was on. Can you help?

Thanks for reaching out! In order to downgrade, I will need to remove the current plan from your account and then you can upgrade to the one you want. I will state though that we can remove the plan, but you will want to consider the edited footer when choosing a plan to upgrade to. If you still choose the Personal plan, you will lose the edited footer and see Weebly branding in the footer instead. If you're okay with this, let me know, and I can proceed!

Hi there! Could you please downgrade my Pro Plan to the Connect plan for my website https://beautydivablog.com it's not letting me and I no longer need the online store this is now just a blog website (personal). I can afford the Connect plan $7 per month and will provide my new payment method once that option is given to me. It only gave me the option to downgrade to free and your company keeps emailing me and I emailed back but told have to make a ticket and I don't know how to do that. Please don't unpublish that website because it has over two years of history with my hobby and my Facebook followers would be upset. Thank you so much for your help with this issue.
