Downgrade plan

I have two sites I want to downgrade - one from business and one from pro - in both cases I want to keep the domain and so I think I need something above a free plan - but I'm not using the business/pro features any more. How do I do this?  The sites are www.gallowayraiders.co.uk (which has currently been unpublished/suspended) and www.unco.scot which is still live for another month. I'd like to resolve for both at the same time if possible.

Hi Cally. I'm assuming you want to take care of this now instead of waiting until the second site expires? We can remove the service from both plans, add the remaining credit to your account, and then you can upgrade the two sites to the plan that works best. The remaining credit will automatically at checkout.

I`m trying for weeks to downgrade from Business to Pro. But customer support is not responding at all!

I'd also like to downgrade my website, but keep the custom domain that's attached to it.

I am having this issue also. I want to downgrade www.transitandtales.com from a Business plus plan to a starter plan. I emailed weebly about three weeks back but no one ever responded. thanks so much
