How can you speak to a live person?

Hi,

it has taken 3 days to get a generic response to my problem, and it has nothing to do with what I asked help with.

How can I talk to a real person as I need help ASAP please. Also another part of my question was completey ignored.

I worked on a website for a friend thinking he would open a weebly account and then I could transfer to him. Instead he has done a runner and now I have paid for a 2 year plan and have no use for it , am wondering if I can transfer another weebly domain I have that is currently on a month to month plan, thus not wasting money. Can I do this ? and How can I do this? 

AND the question that was ignored - on this month to month website this random text appears ? in the navigation bar- please click on MENU to see what I mean http://www.actorstudioretreats.com/

Hi @ellclaria It looks like the rep was trying to explain that you need to first disconnect the domain you wish to use from the first site. To do this: open the editor and click Settings. Then change the address to a Weebly subdomain. Once you do this you will be able to use the domain on the second site by following the same steps. 

I unlinked the domain name for you, but then realized your second question was in regards to the domain name... Do you wish to keep the site www.actorstudioretreats.com connected to the same website? Your question made it sound like you wanted to use the domain name on the site currently connected to www.tinnovak.com but now I'm thinking you want to use the service from www.tinnovak.com and apply it to the site www.actorstudioretreats.com?

thank you so much for taking the time to get clarification, I have now connected the domain name actorstudioretreats.com to the tinnovak.com site, GREAT! 

Now how do I transfer the actual website to that site address and delete the tinnovak website, other wise i will 

need to start from scratch.

Hm.. I think I'm still a little confused @ellclaria. Why did you move the domain name to the tinnovak site if you want the contents from the old site still connected? Let's back up a bit... You have disconnected the domain name from what is now spinstory.weebly.com? 

You connected www.actorstudioretreats.com to what was tinnovak.com website. But, you actually want www.actorstudioretreats.com to pull up the content from spinstory.weebly.com? I really think you just needed us to move the 24 month connect plan over to the site that was on a 1 month pro plan... Is this correct?

I'm okay now - I had to re do the whole website today

I wish you could have moved the content over to the 24 month plan to begin with but no one really acknowledged that till now.

I agree that the first rep should have clarified what you were trying to do, and I apologize that didn't happen for you.
