We have built a site for a client and had it published and everything with no issues. They came to us recently and said their site was down. I changed the theme to a default theme and it showed up after publishing. Any Idea why the custom theme would have just randomly stopped working? Could you take a look into the theme? Thanks in advance
We are not able to troubleshoot custom code, unfortunately. It looks like the site is loading properly and is using a custom theme at this time. Did you figure out what the issue was?
