Export products - 'download csv export' file isn't working
I received the email with the 'download csv export' but when I click on it nothing happens. Can anyone help shed light on why this is not working.

Welcome to the Community, @mim-2021!
Try doing the following:
1. Right-click the link in your email and copy the URL
2. Paste that into the browser address window of your browser and hit enter.
If that doesn't work, try switching to a different browser and trying again.

I am having the same problem. It is taking me to a square page --- not weebly --- when I sign in, it thinks I am someone else creating a new account. I miss the good old days when they just sent the download! Is there another way to get this info??

The new flow will have you sign in, but as long as you use the correct email address you should not run into any issues. Based on the logs, I believe you are using the wrong email address which prompted a new account to be created. Can you try again and make sure to use the email that begins with all.a.tutoring.mp@

I am now having this problem. Trying to download my orders .csv file and I get an authentication error on the webpage. I have copied the link and tried other browsers and I still cant download. This worked in the past, but no longer seems to.
Can you please provide some assistance.
