Exporting Orders
I am having trouble exporting my orders. I click on export orders on the site and then nothing. I have not received an email saying it has been done. I have done it in the past and has not taken long. Is there currently an issue with the site??

Thanks for your post, @Take2. I started an order export going again. Can you give it a little bit and then check your email? If you don't see it be sure to check your spam folder in case it ends up there.

I am still having problems exporting orders. I am now receiving the email saying my download is ready but when i click on it i get a 404 Error - Page Not Foound message. When will this issue be fixed? I need this infomration asap. Thank you.

Hi there, I'm also experiencing difficulty exporting orders. I receive the email but when I click on the link nothing happens. I've emailed weebly direct but have had no response. Is there something wrong with this function and can it be fixed asap? Many thanks!

Can you try copying the link from the email, then pasting that into the browser address bar of a different browser, @musicDJC? I think that will let you download it in the meantime while our engineers working on resolving this.

Hi,
I have also been having issues exporting my orders and this has been happening for a number of weeks now.
Please can you advise why this is happening?
I can select Export orders and it says an email will be sent; however the email is not being received?

The email will be sent to the email on file for the account. Do you receive other communications from Weebly?

Same probelm - no email to download the file. One Sqaure support says "there is a bug" they are working on but subsequent emails blame my email account for blocking the email and urge me to change the email on my account! I spent an hour with my Spectrum and they assure me that I have zero email addresses or domains blocked on my account. I have whitelisted all the domains Square has recommended. I get all other emails from Square and Weebly. My income is tied to the email on my account and I do not want to screw around with changing it since so many others have the same problem. They can see the file and the email they sent, but it never shows up in my inbox. 😟
