Downgrade from Pro to Free version

Due to COVID 19 we are temporarily closing and would like to downgrade to free version and keep our site active.

I have removed the Credit Card. What else do I need to do?
I DO NOT want to lose the web site as we will be relaunching after COVID-19 restrictions are lifted.

Thanks for your post, @rickrawcryo. 

I've removed your service for you so your site is a free site. The only thing I see at the moment that you'll need to do is switch your site address to a free subdomain. Once you are ready to upgrade again you can switch it back to your custom domain.
