What Happened to Support? Website Does Not Work. No Response from Support.

I have a website which no longer is accessible even though published. The page just times out. My other websites work fine. Also I have sent two emails to customer support this week, the first 5 days ago, but received no response. The chat service does not function for me either.
It seems that since the finance company took over Weebly they have pretty much ditched it.

I've been with Weebly for about 10 years, it's so sad how the quality of service has reduced, but the prices continue to rise, & the only focus of growth seems to be on monetising aspects of service. My website needs functionality & beauty, I don't sell anything from it, but use it as a portfolio. But the responsive themes are only about 20, & have been virtually the same for a couple of years at least.

Thanks for posting, @Justí.

Which of the sites in your account are you having trouble with?

www.psicotarot.weebly.com

The FB Weebly staff have been trying to help (they can load it in their browser). Fo some reason they seemed to think it might be to do with my ISP, Amena (Orange ES), but my other Weebly sites (personal domain names) & all other sites load fine. FF 79.0. I have tried with both my home & mobile Amena connections.

The site was working a few days ago & I have not made any changes. It is published & active.

There seems to be a problem with the weebly.com address extension. FB staff have informed me another customer has this problem who is with the ISP Orange ES. I have tried another of my weebly.com sites & it is inaccessible to me.

It sounds like it might be a block of *.weebly.com subdomains in specific then. If you switch to Google's Public DNS, does it work? That might get around the issue.

I don't understand what you mean. I don't want anything to do with ggl.

Switching to those DNS providers just means you won't be using the DNS servers provided by your internet service provider. If an ISP is blocking us that can sometimes get around the block.

Okay. If it definitely is an issue with Orange.es, then please can you suggest a DNS provider other than ggl. Also, how do I set it up? Will this be a permanent thing? Will Weebly & Orange.es remedy the situation?
I haven't been able to log into this area of Weebly since my last reply, the login page didn't function.
I've had no response from Weebly customer support about any of my 3 tickets. Chat is still not functioning for me. It's a shoddy operation.

The only other one I know of off the top of my head is OpenDNS, although I think they only have a free trial. Hopefully Orange.es removes the block soon!

Regarding that email, can you forward that to spoof@squareup.com so our Policy team can investigate?

By the way. I just redceived an email scam from someone pretending to be Weebly, attempting me to upadate my billing information. Being as customer support isn't working, what shall I do? Obviously I'll ignore it, but can I send it to you, so that you can pass it on to the necessary authority?
