Cant open my domain i weebly

Hi. something happend with my domain bjnaringsliv.info - can´t reach it in weebly and make the undersite like i did before.

I want my https://brfuniversum.weebly.com/ going to be - brfuniversum.bjnaringsliv.info and 

I want my https://brfdanmarks.weebly.com/ going to be - brfdanmarks.bjnaringliv.info

Please help me, whats the problem?

Thanks for posting, @PiaBjn. Just to clarify, you want to change the address of two sites in your account to use subdomains of your custom domain, but it isn't working for you?

Where is your domain name registered? If you are trying to point subdomains to specific Weebly websites you will need to use a cname or 302 redirect. Can you please post a screenshot of your current dns settings?

Thanks for the screenshots. I think I was a little confused since the names are so similar. I do see the working subdomain. But the second site does not have a site title set. If you open the editor for brfdanmarks.weebly.com/, does it allow you to edit the site title from the Settings tab?

You'll need to upgrade both of those sites to a paid plan in order to change the site addresses to your custom subdomains, @PiaBjn. There's currently a bug where if you try to change it nothing happens; it's supposed to show a billing prompt for an upgrade, but... doesn't. If you upgrade the site first then it will let you complete assigning the custom domain (or subdomain) to the site.

Hi, we been having one paid hagapark1 and the other ones for free!

When we started this issue thue supportmail - they told me to pay hagapark1.. its not even up and running and will not be in the future, but i paid.

Pictures:

1 - bjnaringliv.info - that would be are mainsite

2 - hagapark1... - i paid when you told me to make everyting else work (not in use)

3 - brfekobacken.. - it works for free

4 - brfnykoping.. - it works for free, as many others, but we did shut down.

5 - where do i find "bjnaringliv.info". When i got in to lokat our domain "bjnaringliv.info", it´s not there its only an old one "lifetimeekero.se"

I´m a bit confuse over all this - it did work easy for lots of sites and now not at all?!

Do you have answers to my pictures above, diffrent sites that works with no problems for free (one paid) and where are my domain "bjnaringliv.info"?

Plese help me sort this out as soon as possible, so we can go out on internet.

Hi. I did pay and i did fix for my domain.

I must say, its a very slow support and it takes time to get help. Pay more i guess.. but then its not worth it. If you do go out  to say its free, good webbsites for less money - then it should work, we all should have quick support even for basic stuff. 

This took me nearly 2 month to sort out what to do with your support!

You did changes, i didnt know about this and thats because it worked before. Thats no good, Weebly is nothing i will recomend for friends anymore (i always did before).
