Hi, we are having Square payment widget in our Registrations forms built in JOTFORM.
In sandbox mode, everything worked smoothly but today when we switched to Live mode, nearly all submissions got this:
PAYMENT ERROR
AUTHORIZATION ERROR: 'GENERIC_DECLINE'.
We tried Amex, Mastercard, and three different Visa cards. only Amex worked.
We have tried submitting different USD amounts, using different devices, locations and clearing our caches as well, but none of this worked for other cards.
We had to remove it from the active form but we have cloned it for your team to test:
