I'm trying to pair a device using the code, when I do this the device keeps restarting over and over again, I'm afraid I have to restore factory defaults to stop it from restarting.
We tried logging in using email and password and everything works correctly, only when access is via code does it keep restarting

Hello @devmaster, I am sorry you are having issues signing in with a device code. That is certainly odd. Can you provide some more details, so I can investigate this some more? What device are you using? What app version? Specify which application you are using? For example, Retail, Restaurants, Point of sale, etc.

I'm using the .Net SDK, we developed in C#, and I used the request below to generate the login code

The device we are using is the Square Terminal

Square Terminal 2214
OS version: 5.41.0088
App Version: 6.23
Model: Square T2 on sdm660_64 (user)
In one of the cases, the device even appeared paired on the company's Dashboard, it appeared that it was paired with a code, but the device still continued to restart

Device codes is a feature we offer for Sellers using our hardware, App Store, or Google Play Store apps.
But sounds like in this case, you are trying to use a code to access the connected terminal mode, which is something we're not equipped to support with here in the Seller Community.
