Issues using promotion code created

Hi,

 

Do you have any issues once you've created the promotion code, I can't apply it to the cart, it says Coupon not found? Maybe it It's a bug?

 

Any clue on how I can resolve that?

Hmmm, this is interesting indeed. It is possible that you have created your discount from the Square Point of Sale side instead of creating it through Square Online?

I would like to flag this over to our Ecomm specialists directly. Would you mind including a screenshot of the error message you are receiving here? That would be so helpful.

This was from email:  [email protected]

In collaboration with Jane App bookings this was a special offer with a Code:  [redacted]

 

However, when I checked out, it didn't give me the option to add this promo code to get the discount.  I am disappointed !!

I didn't see it when I checked out.  Now that the sale went through & it's already shipped.  How would I get the discounted price???
