Invalid location error
We are able to process payments using our Square Terminal normally at our main office using both a wifi connection through our company network and using a mobile data personal hotspot. However if we attempt to process a payment at a building approximately 200 metres from the main office using the SAME networks the payments are declined with the message 'Payment not approved. Invalid location'. I stress we are using the same networks, the only difference is the physical location. Any help appreciated. We are in the UK.
