The title of this thread has been edited from the original: adding european phone number to customer profile
I am attempting to create a new customer profile. It does not accept a phone number with a prefix +351.... xxx xxx xxx. Give message 'please enter valid number'

@GilC Good news, the engineering team was able to fix this issue at the end of last week!
If you haven't already you should be able to add a European/internationl number to a customer profile from your Dashboard or from the Point of Sale app - but pease let me know if you continue to experience this issue. Thanks again for your patience!

@GilC Are you creating a customer profile in the app or online? If you haven't arleady, can you check that you're running the latest version of the Square app? (Go to the App Store or Google Play > search for Square Point of Sale > then tap Update if you see the option.)
If you've already updated the app can you reply to this post and add a screenshot of the error? With a screenshot I can create a case for you with our CS team and have our engineers investigate.

@Helen I am creating customer profile on line... not on phone app...the phone number I am adding with the prefix +351 is valid

Can you take a screenshot of the error on the Dashboard? It would also be great if you can share the name of the browser you're using. (To find your browser details go to whatwebbrowser.com and you'll see the name and version on the screen.)

Thank you @GilC! I removed some of your customer's personal information and I'm escalating this to the team now. I'll reply here as soon as I have an update.
It looks like you're adding the phone number in the 'Last Name' field - that's a great workaround!
