Hello,
Both my client and I are in Canada. When I sent him the Square invoice, he replied that Square asked him for his Zip Code, rather than his postal code. I believe my Square Dashboard is set up for Canadian customers, but perhaps I'm mistaken.
Is there a way to ensure that my clients are asked for a postal code instead of a Zip Code?
Thank you!

Hey there @Robin71
In this case could there be a chance that the card being used is from a US Bank? If not then you'll want to reach out to our support team for them to investigate this for you, as your account is set up for Canadian payment processing.
I hope this information is helpful!

Thank you JJ for your response. I believe the company is using a card from a Canadian bank, but I may check with them in case. As you recommended, I emailed the support team.
Thanks again JJ.
Best regards,
