Wrong Customer Address on invoices (happened twice in the last 9 months)
Hello!
A random question, when a customer pays an invoice and the address gets populated as the tick box is ticked to request an address, and they say they never entered an address however there is one entered, where would that come from?
I have had 2 customers in the last 9 months where the address on the invoice is a few miles away from their actual address, is the address being populated automatically their end?
TIA!!
Steve

Hi @RetroPassionUK, thanks for flagging this here.
That does sound strange and it hasn't come up for me before.
Could you send me a DM with the invoice numbers this occurred on so I can raise this with our Invoice team so we can figure out what's going on?
Thanks, I'll look out for your response.
