Woocommerce & Square Sync Issues

Ok so I have Square set up and I also have my website through Square/Weebly. I am keeping my website online for now while I build another site through Wordpress. I have been trying to sync my product inventory for the past 2 days. It should not be this difficult. The first time I tried it, it didn't transfer all of my products across. I did some editing and got rid of all the product categories and they moved across fine but there was no order, they were all unassigned. So I created product categories on Woocommerce and put the products in them and each one said they were out of stock as soon as I put them into the category. So I went back into Square and created product categories, moved all the products into their categories, did the sync again and they moved across ok but each one said they were out of stock. I have used various website builders and this is by far the worst experience. How can you sync something and it goes from having 9 in stock to 0? It makes no sense. Not sure what else to do other than to not bother to sync it and just use it for payments and create my products in woocommerce. If anyone has had any luck syncing their products with woocommerce some advice would be appreciated.

 

Update - It seems to be working fine now, it just needed more time to update I think. No idea how to close this thread though
