Noticed for the last couple of coupons we generated, the coupons have been used and redeemed by customers OK but it doesn't show the number redeemed and the net sales in the coupon overview page, these just show zero.
Last working coupon showing data was 24 Oct 2025, the ones through Nov and Dec doesn't show any data so its a fairly recent issue.
Might be a little bug that needs addressing?

I've had a response from our product team to confirm that this is a known feature gap. So, unfortunately it is to be expected that fulfilment coupons specifically, do not currently show any redemption metrics.
I've flagged the need for this with our team, and while it is on their radar, it's not currently on the immediate implementation road map with our developers.

Iโve gone ahead and tried to replicate what youโve reported, and found that redemption and sales data was only displayed against coupon redemptions that altered the item cost. In the case of Free Delivery and Free Shipping coupons, no redemption data was collected.
Could you let me know if youโre experiencing this with Fixed Discount and Percentage Off coupons, or just Free Delivery/Shipping coupon redemptions? If itโs the full range of Coupons, Iโll certainly work to get that resolved for you.
In any case, I can see why redemption data is important regardless of the coupon type, so Iโll reach out to our product team to flag this as a potential bug, or area for improvement based on my own experience.

I am an author and visit schools to run workshops. Before I attend, I give parents a voucher code to pre-order books via my website. This is set up to give free shipping, because I'll be taking the books in with me. That all works, but I can't seem to find anywhere where I can see which voucher code was used for each order. This is critical so that I know which books to take to which school. It seems like such a basic requirement, I can only think I'm missing something.
Equally, when I view the vouchers page, it says that they have all been redeemed 0 times, even though I have orders that I know have used them (they haven't paid shipping, and these are the only vouchers I have set up).

I've gone ahead and merged your post with another thread where I'd taken a look into the reporting options available when using zero value vouchers.
Unfortunately our Marketing team did confirm that reporting capabilities are limited, when using a Coupon of this kind.
I've had another look, and can see that there still isn't anything in the pipeline that would address this feature gap. I'll be sure to circle back with an update if I hear of any developments on this.
