All payments being declined!!!

All payments this morning are being declined from all types of cards and banks?

 

Unable to take payment through contactless, chip and pin and card holder not present.

I have disconnected reader and reconnected, no difference.

 

I have even tried my own card and still declined!! and there is enough money in the account.
Help please, desperately need to take payments.

Glad to see this isn't just me. I tried to test my card reader today and I get this message before I have even put a card anywhere near the reader.

I agree with others that its a bit rubbish that there is no support at weekends. Starting to wonder if I have signed up with the wrong people here - it seems like a bit of a bit ommission in their support as businesses tend to take a lot of money at weekends.

This article runs through a couple of usual scenarios on why payments can be declined. If you've checked everything and tried all the steps outlined in the article but payments keep being declined, it'll be best to contact our Support team directly as they will be able to check the specific transactions and the reason for declines as well.
