Vendor Sales Report Gone?

I need to be able to run reports for specific vendors and suddenly today the ability to run that report is gone. Is anyone else experiencing this?

@Beetlebugartco can you provide a screenshot of your dashboard so I can show engineers that it is missing? 

 

Quick Fixes to Try in the meantime
Refresh Access:

Log out of Square Dashboard
Clear browser cache
Log back in
Try running report again

Check Report Filters:

Verify date range

Reset all filters

Check category selections

Clear any saved filters

 

Alternative Report Methods
Items Report:
Reports → Items → Export to CSV/Excel → Filter by vendor categories/attributes → Sort data as needed
 
Categories Report:
Reports → Categories → Select vendor categories → Export detailed data → Filter in spreadsheet

This was just filed as a bug, right after I posted my response. 

 

The Gift Cards, Vendor Sales, and Inventory Reports navigation items under Reports in the Dashboard left navigation are missing. Sellers are still able to access the missing pages by going directly to the URL. (https://app.squareup.com/dashboard/sales/inventory-reports/vendor-sales)

 

I will report back when this has been resolved. @Beetlebugartco @JTPets @Candlestore for vis

This has been resolved. Sellers can now view and access Gift Cards, Vendor Sales, and Section Sales reports from their Dashboard Navigation as normal. 😁

I was able to find it from this square resource article https://app.squareup.com/dashboard/sales/inventory-reports/vendor-sales

 

but yeah it appears to be missing from my reports tab too unless I am really blind - @Summer2024 maybe a bug? (sorry to tag you so much)

Now when I click the link that @JTPets , posted above, my computer spins and then loaded the report..... Maybe Square is updating something.... or a bug  ???  IDK

@Summer2024 

Well before we could go through Dashboard on a Computer to reports then on the Left side I believe there was something like Vendor or Vendor Sales.  When you clicked on it you could filter by Vendor.  Currently the only way I can see this report is to click the link @JTPets put in this thread,  Loading is slow so I am not sure if its only pulling a cached report or something from my history.  As you can see the report is called Vendor Sales.   Here is the website from the image :

Yes I just noticed it after going to reply to your question.  I thought maybe Square moved it.  I looked on my computer and I can no longer find reports of a vendor.  I even tried looking to see if Vendor might be a Filter for item or Category Sales.... nope.

Type a product name
