You could achieve this by creating variations in your Services, e.g Hair Cut - Senior Stylist, Hair Cut - Junior Stylist and so on. Head to your Services Library, select the service and question and scroll to variation to add variations.
Another option would be adding a display price, e.g "Pricing varies depending on team member". You can also do this by clicking in to the service via your library:
