Discount price not displaying in shop

I have created a discount for the end of the season (25% off), and gone and added the selected items into the discount. However, the full price of the item is still what is displaying in my shop. How to I get the discount to actually apply and display so that my customers know that those specific items are on sale?

So I've included some screenshots that will hopefully be helpful. The shirt is one of the items I'd like to discount, but you can see it's still displaying the full price on my shop, even though I've included it in my discount list. Not sure what else I need to do to get the discount to show (like you have in your screenshot).

HI, thank you for the screenshots.  I have never seen that second screenshot version.  Are you on the Retail Format or Menu Format for your template on the site?  Do you have multiple ways of delivery (Shipping, Pickup, Delivery)?  Can you please send a link to your store?

As far as I know, I'm on the retail format, and only one form of delivery (shipping).

It's getting frustrating because I feel like I can't update anything until I clear out my things from fall. I'm about to just make those things invisible until I can figure out the discount. 🤷‍♀️

HI, can you check your variations?  Input the Sale price next to the Original price.

I am having the same issue. I have created the same discount multiple times, deleted it, re added it. Cleared my cookies...nothing. The item are still not showing in my shop at a discounted price or marked "on sale".
However the items do not have variations as you showed so I am not able to give a sale price.

Hi! I have an item on sale and the sale price is displaying without a problem, but I wondered if there is a way to display the regular price + the sale price so customers know how much they are saving? Something like a slash through the regular price? Thanks for your help.

HI, you would include the original price and then add the sale price in the Sale Price box.

I am having the same problem as NATEYANDBODE above. My data entry screen shows the regular price and the discounted price, but only the discounted prices are appearing on the website with a red SALE symbol above. I want customers to be able to see what the regular price is with a slash through it. Here's my site link: https://howling-mad-press.square.site/#OeIbPH. I can't upload screenshots for some reason.
