These two incidences happened in October and November.
1. I relied on Square Inc. when they gave me the signal that the invoice was paid on October 8 to ship the product to the customer. The shipment was shipped by UPS and received by the customer on October 9. On October 13, Square Inc. demanded me to fully refund the customer $1,660 - money that I never truly received as Square Inc. suspected the credit card after they already once gave a transaction approval based on which I shipped the product. Square Inc. froze all the deposits in my Square account and threatened that the funds will continue to be frozen unless I refund $1,660 to thte customer who already possessed the product.
2. On November 1, 2021, Square Inc. sent me an email to provide documents for a chargeback on my Square account. I provided the documents requested and Square sent me an email for receving and submitting the evidence on November 2, 2021. While it is still an ongoing dispute, Square Inc. debited the full amount from the company's bank accountt on November
2, 2021 without a final decision from the dispute nor any authorization from Hanji Design Corporation.
I called Square's customer service on November 2, 2021 and they kept saying tthe amount was only on hold while my bank informs that it has already been debited.
I have filed two lawsuits against Square, Inc. and hope to receive a fair resolution.
