online ordering solutions

Hello fellow restauranteurs. We are a fast casual operation that switched to completely online ordering when the covid pandemic struck. We quickly put together an online store using the ecommerce tool on Weebly, through square. It's been amazing so far and helped us keep our business afloat but we realize that it is not the best solution for a restaurant operation.


I am overwhelmed by the options for online ordering applications that sync with Square and am wondering if anyone has successfully adopted one of these applications to your business. We also sell via GrubHUb and have successfully integrated with Chowly but would love an application that also helps us integrate with some of the delivery services seamlessly.

 

Looking for any recommendations or feedback on your experiences.

Hi! It's been great to streamline the process of orders coming through the printer and not having to manage tablets. They seem to be having some growing pains - due to the pandemic and a lot of new customers. I find their customer service hit or miss - everyone is nice but not always timely.

 

They say they are working on some tools to help us manage the service but it seems slow to rollout. My big issue is that since they manage the menu now all changes have to go through them and it takes time to see the changes go live. 

 

Overall though I do think it improves the service experience and operations on our end.
