cash sales not routing to square kds
Hi there, upgraded to the square kds a couple months ago, everything was fine until randomly a few days ago it stopped routing orders to the kds system when a customer paid with cash. I've troubleshooted the cash drawer/printer connection, everything is working as it should there. I haven't changed any settings, it seems to be random but I don't know how to fix it. Anyone else experience this?

From what you've described, it sounds like this is related to a known issue that we started receiving reports of a few days ago. I have commented on the open support ticket for this issue to let our engineers know that you are still experiencing this.

I received a reply from one of our engineers earlier today. They let me know that they are currently rolling out a fix to address this issue in the 6.24 version of the app and that should be available to 100% of users tomorrow. Please check the app store on your device to see if the app update is available. Once you have updated the app, please do let me know whether or not you continue to experience this issue.
