Hi, has anyone have experience with orders deliver by doordash, but do some reasons that the order was not delivered to the customer. So when you call doordash, they said they will process a credit refund to our account. But since we are using doordash with integration with Square. How do we see where the credit was applied to? we don't see any invoices from doordash. If you have ran into the same situation and was able to find a report that shows the credit was applied. can you please share?

Hi, since square is paying Doordash and not our individual account. We have no access to any invoices provided by doordash. According to doordash when i reached out to them. Their agreement with square was any credit is to credit to square (master account). Then those credits should flow back to our individual accounts .doordash had confirmed they credited square. But I am not seeing those credit in my individual account.

Once your integration with DoorDash is complete, Square does not have further visibility into how the integration operates.
Could you clarify what you mean by "individual accounts"? Additionally, has DoorDash specified where this credit will appear—such as in your Square balance? At this point all the information that has been provided has been very vague.

We went through same issue,
We have our own online market place, but through square..
Everytime we receive orders, square system sends a driver (from doordash)..
Then if driver for some reason, deliver the package to wrong address
Then we call number provided on square receipt with delivery id to track the order
Now upon explaining situation, doordash refund us money with proper confirmation code and reason of refund.
Then comes the catch from square..
They never release the funds to merchant..
It is big Fraud from Square,
I spend almost 20+ hours calling my account manager and customer service line but Zero(0) Response when it comes to track the trail of the refund..
May be if it is $1.00 or $100s of it, Square should have answer for this money trail..
I have over 2k refunds pending with square..
Contact me [email protected] and hit harder to square on this issue..

Yes, i contacted doordash support and they explained that on their contract… they refund to square and it is square’s responsibility to refund the merchants. But this clearly is not the case since I could not locate any refunds on any of the reports back onto my account.
