Migrating to Square KDS on Android and Connecting Kitchen Printer
We recently purchased a Samsung A9+ in order to successfully migrate our kitchen Square KDS from iPad to Android. Our previous setup involved a Star Micronics Bluetooth printer that printed our kitchen tickets perfectly (TSP-100). However, since migrating to Android, we can't get the KDS app to pick up the printer at all. Has anyone else had this problem or can offer a fix? We've already had to buy new hardware so I'm really hoping we don't have to buy a new printer as well.

Perhaps maybe a firmware update for this printer? I’d suggest checking https://starmicronics.com/
Can you get the printer to pair outside of the KDS app? Or are you trying to setup directly in Square KDS.
