Why won't it let me instant transfer when I had a charge yesterday evening

I had two charges to my square account and it won't let me instantly transfer the charges was made yesterday evening and today it's still not letting me instantly transfer

There was a disruption to some of Square's services yesterday which may or may not have something with your issue.  See this link and you may want to bookmark it for future reference.   Please understand that the volunteers here are not the same as Customer or Tech Support so sometimes all we can do is speculate.  Most people here who help out are small business owners - many have a lot of hands on experience using Square's Hardware and Apps however, we cannot look at user account info or any user details.  If your issue continues, then you may want to contact Customer Support.

Hi @Mrjamjr, thanks for posting and welcome to the Community.

 

There are several reasons why you might not be able to use instant transfer :

  • Bank account is not linked
  • Amount is outside the required minimum (25$) or maximum limit (10,000$).
  • You are new to Square - New sellers start with a limit of one instant transfer per day of up to $2000. 

 

Since we don't have access to your account information on the Community, I suggest reaching out to our Support Team directly. They'll be able to take a closer look at your account.
