How can I stop the Register from going to sleep?

I would also love this. I have a shop in my home, where it is supposed to be set up where my customers are using the register themselves. Which means scanning items and checking out without my help. Even if I was there to help, it would be annoying as, it is every time I go in and the damned thing is off, and I rewake it and have to wait to reconnect to my wifi. Which sometimes it never does unless I go in and do it manually, which I would never want the customer to do. I sign in with customer as an employee who has no permissions except to check themselves out. THIS should not be a problem, except for the screen going to sleep. Please, give us a break, and WHY are you preventing it from being on all the time?

Hello @Inannas1 I'm sorry youre having trouble with this issue. Can you check this setting?

To adjust the brightness and display settings:

1. Tap ≡ More > Settings > Hardware.
2. Tap Customer Display.
   • Use the slider to control the brightness level.
   • Toggle ON/OF the idle screen options.
3. Tap Main Display
   • Use the slider to control the brightness level.
   • Select from the sleep timer options.

You should be able to adjust the sleep timer options, although I do not remember if you can totally dismiss the sleep timer. I hope this helps answer your question and solves this problem for you.
