Hello, We started with 4 POS ipads but no longer use one. We are still getting billed for 1 Pos countertop ($60) plus 3 additional countertops (3@$40=$120). How do I remove from billing the device we no longer use? Under device management it shows only the 3 that we use. I think I have looked everywhere but must be missing something. Thanks!

HI @kimapollo !
Try these steps to remove the extra hardware you are being billed for:
1️⃣ Log into your Square Dashboard.
2️⃣ Go to Account & Settings > Subscriptions.
3️⃣ Look for Devices & Hardware under your plan.
4️⃣ You should see a list of your active devices. If the unused POS iPad is listed, you can remove it from the billing cycle by deactivating it.
I hope this helps!

Thanks for the reply. I don't know how I did it but when I now look at pricing and subscriptions I am only charged for 2 additional instead of 3.

Glad to hear this is no longer an issue! Thanks for letting me know!
