User experience Square Online vs Weebly

I’ve seen a few questions re: this topic, but none with a simple explanation. 

 

The sync is so confusing, can someone just lay out an actual illustration/ diagram of the user experience from Items- square online - weebly store? 

it’s almost as tho we have 3 item libraries to keep track of and update, no matter what’s toggles on to be synced. 
Our in-store POS, Square Online and Weebly site.

Appreciate in advance. 


Questions a diagram could answer: 

 

- what’s the simplest way to only manage/ edit  1 item library and have that be THE one in which square online and weebly pulls from. (New photos, descriptions etc) and where / how to manage toggle? 

 

- where does the Square Online store actually exist and why can’t  it pull from our weebly site info, if that’s our main store online?  It seems to take from our POS items.  And Old Items (from years ago) were somehow automatically linked to Ordering App last year without us even knowing.

HI, Square obtained Weebly 2018 and are one platform.  Please know there is a known sync issue with Square.  Items sync faster if added on the Online Dashboard.

Please be aware there has been no information regarding if Square will continue to maintain Weebly stores.  Many options and features have been discontinued.
