Square Teams is not even close to what Crew was

Square teams is not even close to what Crew was. Here are some of the major differences/issues:

Need the ability to schedule people every three weeks on Fridays and Saturdays. 

Need the ability for the staff to put a shift up for grabs if they want off. 

Need the ability to request time off in advance. 

Need the ability to make certain days Tip share days. Where all tips collected during the day are divided by all hours everyone worked in a day and then distribute the tips based off their hours worked. 

Need the ability for their schedules to display on their phones native calendar.

For now, I was able to find the Crew Help Center in case there's additional information here that may help you out with the issues you highlighted.
