2. How give receipt to buyer?
I will do a $1 sale to my account to test it soon. Thank you!

Hello @KeepMeInStitche. Welcome to the Square Seller Community.
First, you do not need WiFi, but it is recommended that you at least have a connection to the internet through at least your cell service. However, if you do not even have that, Square will process transactions in offline mode. Then when you connect to the internet those offline transactions will be processed. A couple of important things to note about offline mode:
- You must connect to the internet within 24 hours, or transactions will automatically be rejected
- You agree that you have no recourse if an offline transaction should ultimately be declined by the card processor. Yes, if you have contact information, you can go back to the customer. But Square has no responsibility for transactions you processed in offline mode.
- Funds for offline transactions will not be credited to your Square balance until after you connect to the internet and process those transactions. That starts the normal deposit transfer clock on those transactions.
Also, if you are no connected to the internet, then the only way to do receipts is to have a printer that connects to your phone in Bluetooth mode so that you can print receipts. You won’t be able to email or text receipts, obviously.
