@Donnie-M - Not only that but it also Says for Reports for Quickbooks Desktop which the only way to get that is the Enterprise Edition which is not what most people here use.  Since QBs is forcing everyone Online!!!!  I used Quickbooks desktop till I was forced out by Pricing and having to go to ONLINE.
