In order to inform users of changes in procedures, can I set up a message in the POS that appears whenever the POS app is opened? This message is general in nature - not associated with a particular item, category, etc. We are using retail version.

Hi @Artnot1 that is not possible on any POS. But I’m wondering. Do you use Shifts and the Square Team app?
