App crash when card on file clients select custom tip.

I have been having an issue where a specific client who pays with a card on file tries to leave a custom tip and after they type in the tip the app interace crashes and gets stuck on a white screen. I have to exit the app and restart it. I recently contacted support and they were not helpful. I did extensive trouble shooting including changing from Square appointments to Square POS, removing their card and saving a new one, restarting updating my phone, deleting the app and reinstalling it. The square support has essentially told me 'just dont accept tips', 'maybe its just your phone', or 'find another way to charge them' but they dont seem interested in addressing this issue that is clearly a bug in their program. Has anyone else had an issue like this? It started after June 6th. Previous to this date this customer paid this way for years with no issue. I didnt change any setting, their card is not being declined, and its not my phone because its only wiuth this specific payment chian of events and never happens to anyone else.

I have similar issues. just one client that app crashes when trying to charge card on file. I too have done all above that she has done. Is there a solution?

Yes however as of this week It started having the issue with more individuals when I clicked their card on file. Now with a few people when I go chech a clinet out after a session (using the path calendar/appointment> select client appointment> pay> use card on file) and click the clients card as a payment it will crash immediately and i will have to close the app and restart it. If I try it a few times it will eventually work but its inconsistent. The problem is getting worse.
