unpaid payment link

Using Square app, added items to checkout, added customer to order, selected charge, sent payment link. I have NO record of this order. One customer paid cash and while the customer profile exists there is no associated transaction/order/invoice for me to fulfil their order. 

 

Of the 7 sales I created payment links for, only 3 have payments I can verify and nothing else shows under orders NOR transactions NOR reports. Payments only reflect the 3 orders as if the other 4 don't exist, even if they're UNPAID they should at least exist so I can resend like an invoice, or it should turn into an invoice if it remains unpaid. 

 

Using the touchless payment link is supposed to make life easier, plus the tip option is awesome, but NOT if I have to hunt down the orders.

Without taking a look at your account and payments, it's tough for us to pinpoint what you're seeing here.
